These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of KogTrainer (the "App"). Please read them carefully before using the App. By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App is an application that supports planning, performing, and recording cycling workouts. It offers features such as workout authoring, training management based on power zones, connectivity with Bluetooth-enabled sensors, and integration with external services (such as Strava).
The App is intended for individuals who are in good health and able to exercise without difficulty. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, or any other health concerns, please consult a physician before using the App.
1. Training plans, power zone calculations, AI-generated workouts, and other information provided by the App are based on general training theory and do not constitute medical advice.
2. The developer assumes no responsibility for any injury, accident, or health-related harm arising from your use of the App.
3. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy of data (such as heart rate or power) obtained from Bluetooth sensors.
4. The App is provided "as is" and no express or implied warranty is made regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
You must not engage in any of the following:
1. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
2. Modifying the App or creating derivative works
3. Unauthorized use of the App or interference with other users
4. Illegal activity that uses the App
All intellectual property rights in the App (software, design, logos, content, etc.) belong to the developer. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in the App to you.
1. The developer may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice.
2. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from such changes, suspension, or termination.
The App offers integrations with external services such as Strava. The use of those external services is governed by their respective terms of service. The developer is not responsible for issues caused by outages or changes on external services.
The developer may change these Terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary. The amended Terms take effect when posted within the App.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in relation to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
The Japanese version of these Terms shall be the authoritative text. This English version is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and any translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
